Return and refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as when you received it.
• Unworn and unused.
• In its original packaging with all tags attached.

Hygiene Exception: For hygiene reasons, footwear that has been worn outdoors or used cannot be returned unless it is faulty or defective.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Rosbury is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

UK and EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers in the UK and European Union may have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, subject to applicable law.

You may inspect items as you would in a physical store. Any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may affect your refund where permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
